yeast infection symptons?
If I use a yeast infection treatment and it turns out not to be one, is that dangerous?
I don’t think it would be dangerous, but if otc treatment doesn’t work make an appointment with your gyno.

Sounds about right.
See a doctor.

No it is not dangerous. They have a new kit which will determine if you have a yeast infection or not. You can get it at the drug store. You can also get the medication, which comes in different doses; 1 day, 3 day or 7 day; suppositories or cream. The pharmacist can tell you which is more effective. If you are embarrassed to ask in person, call on the phone and they will tell you the most effective brand and dosage. (Generic is just the same and a lot less expensive; the pharmacist will tell you that, also.)

yep, u have a yeast infection. no, it won’t hurt u if u treat it, and it turns out to b something else. Lay off the cheese, milk and yogurt for a week. No sex either. U don’t want to mess up the ph balance and natural acids in ur vagina. Change ur underwear often, bc it might get damp, and thats a bredding ground for yeast. Don’t scratch! that will make it worse. There’s a new test out there u can by at wal-mart or target that will tell u if u have a yeast infection. And there r many treatments available. good luck:)
